2. Basic Specifications

Roll width is commonly available from four inches up to twenty inches with custom widths on request. Channel size can be adjusted to match different product dimensions and machine models. Standard film thickness ranges from 50 to 120 microns (approx. 2.0–4.7 mil), with heavy-duty options available for higher protection requirements. Roll length options are built around production line speed and typical shipment volume. Air retention duration indicates how long inflated cushions maintain pressure before gradual deflation begins.
