This listing is for a super fun vintage blouse by Emanuel Ungaro (this piece is from the Parallele line, Paris, made in Italy). Just imagine how much fun you could have wearing this blouse! :-)
Love the loose, painterly pattern (the motif depicts trees and either tile work or patterned traditional rugs) and the luscious silk material. I am estimating this piece was made in the 1980s or so. It has a fairly long slender cut, beautiful original buttons and, yes, it comes complete with the shoulder pads. Good vintage condition with no significant issues to mention, just normal wear.

Bust (armpit to armpit): about 18”
Waist about 17 ”
Shoulder (at the base of the neck) to hemline: about 32”
Sleeve length: 24”
Sleeves have open cuffs.
