Yes this iPod is still running iOS 6. It does function, the screen is a bit damaged from a fall and the back is scuffed. The touchscreen is very sensitive from when it fell, causing it to open apps on its own. The battery isn’t as strong but everything else works fine. Had it for years but recently bought a new iPod and no longer need it. There a still a few apps on it and a photo album of a cat on it. Can be used for parts or fixed.
