Comes with original leather case.
This model has the Apotar 1:3.5 45 mm lens with a 16 mm Stadarblitz Flash. Appears to be in working order, but without film, I am unable to confirm. There is some wear to the leather as expected with use. Made in Germany in 1953. Selling as is. Used for decoration.
