This is a pair of wool bottoms, similar to American Army jodhpurs, used around the time of World War I. It's a valuable piece from about 100 years ago.
Due to its age, the wool has some holes and numerous patches sewn on the inside with hand stitches. The drawstring at the bottom is missing. A portion of the fabric at the hem has been cut off.
Waist (laid flat): 43.5 cm
Total length: 102 cm
Inseam: 70 cm
It has old US Army buttons.
Although damaged, it is still wearable.
