Or at least that’s what I was told when I purchased them years ago. In very nice vintage preowned condition. Please check out pictures as they are part of the description. These are lightweight so can be worn with a costume. The string or elastic band in the back is missing in the tragedy mask & a little loose on the other one. Very easy to put on another one.Just put on black pants and top or mix black-and-white and put on the masks and you’re good to go for Halloween. Or Parisian clowns (see last picture) Very unique costumes You can also use these as a wall decor if you choose to do that as a whimsical piece of art in a room.
