New in box. I bought multiple carriers for my baby to see what he preferred, so I took off the tags when I initially put my son in, but we ended up using a different carrier out of preference. Never used it. Has a convenient pocket for a phone or diaper or snack, etc. right at the front for easy reach. Light color is accurate in photos. Can ship in original box where it has stayed or ship in a poly mailer to potentially lower shipping cost and would be happy to see how that may lower shipping for you. Please feel free to ask!!
