Rare that it is packaged so that both ends of the coin roll has both Heads or both Tails
In the roll, LADY LIBERTY IS FACING UP ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROLL!! So, Franklin D Roosevelt's face isn't showing, it's Lady Liberty on both ends of the coin roll.
Roll was sealed/packaged that way when by the mint when I ordered it from their coin set program.
