All parts are there except for 4 of the flags, the track was not put together but all the parts are there, the track was plugged in and the cars do try and take off but then stop. If you hold them barely off the track the wheels do spin like supposed to but as soon as you let go the cars wont go.
Instructions are in the box but they are torn and faded, the original box is in rough shape.
