Miniature 13-1/2” Handmade Rocking Chair w Cane Bottom

This miniature rocking chair is pretty incredible. It’s handmade: meaning hand-carved & whittled, w/ a woven-cane seat. The round back stiles gave me pause-but even these are not identical.

I can’t give you an age, but it’s been around awhile.

Measurements:
Overall: 13-1/2 x 8 /Seat: 5-1/2 x 6
Seat-Back: 7-1/4” /Seat abv Floor: 5-1/2”

It’s a highly versatile piece! Use it:
•sitting alone to be admired
•as a doll chair
•with a beloved teddy
•(carefully!) as a plant stand
•more!

The wood is sturdy, joints secure, & the cane seat is holding up well. But please note 2 spots with “extra loving”:
1.) on the left arm
2.) back of left rocker

I’d prefer not to part with it—but that’s the problem! My house overflows w goodies only I view as “treasure”….and I’m afraid far too many of them will need new homes (or risk ending up in dumpsters when future generations come along)!
