This coat belongs to my aunt who took care of her things very well. I took it to a dry cleaner in Japan before bring it back to the US. This coat was sold in Japan in 90's. Although it is made in the UK, it is sold by Sanyo Shokai (三陽商会) in Japan, so it comes with a Japanese tags.
