Stunning statement Sterling silver ring with blue topaz, amethyst and cz!

This is INCREDIBLE!The swiss blue topaz, oval cut, measures in at about 10x12mm. Above that is an oval cut amethyst, measuring about 6x8mm.There are two, 3mm round cut cz diamonds above the oval amethyst. The front of the ring measures to be about an inch and a half long! It's not stamped sterling silver, but I acid tested to be sure it was sterling silver. Size 7Please inspect and enlarge the pictures to assess the condition of the item for yourself.
