LOT OF 3 FLEUR DE LIS, PEARS, & SWIRL MOLDS
Included are 3 mid-century copper molds. The fleur de lis mold was manufactured in Italy & measures 6.5 L x 4.75 W x 2.25 D. The tiny swirl mold measures 3 in diameter x 1 D, & the pears mold measures just 2.75 in diameter x 0.75 D. The pear mold is particularly unusual because of the placement of the left pear in front of the right & also the scalloped edge.
Each copper mold is lined with tin and can be hung on a wall using the brass ring attached to each mold. The tin lining ensures even heat distribution and prevents food from sticking to the surface. These pretty molds are in pre-owned condition with wear appropriate to the age of the molds and consistent with having been displayed. All three molds have developed a rich patina that will not in any way affect their performance as food molds.
