Vintage Jeff Richards union made velvet maxi skirt and matching floral blouse tagged girls 12 but seems to run very long. The shirt has a mend behind one arm and the trim on the skirt has some bleed from the velvet giving it a yellow appearance. Skirt measures 34.5 long 10.5 across the waist. Even with small vintage sizing I can’t imagine a women’s 12 having a 21 waist so it just runs really long. Elastic waistband is great. A couple inconsistencies in the velvet. Shirt is 21 sth 15 ptp 19 sleeves. Has to ship priority due to the weight of the skirt, which is 8.30 built into the price
