Vintage Billy Joel Promo CBS‎ 10x8 Signed Photo Personalized To Lori 1990 No COA

Please read everything to fully understandThis is a framed Billy Joel signed picture from 1990. I believe that it was signed within a year or twoThis does not come with a COA and it is NOT authenticated. I believe it IS authentic though.The frame may have slight wear and tear. I do NOT want to remove the picture from the frame due to potentially damaging it. The frame has some staining on the back and the frame itself is slightly loose. There is also an area of cloudiness on the glass by Billy's hand.There is slight wear on the autographed picture itself, which is shown. It is minor but on the bottom there is some staining and wear, and on the left bottom side some markings too. There looks to be a tiny rip near the bottom of the picture but I cannot tell exactly, it may not be. The top of the picture has a slight indentation on the right side, pictured.All in all this photograph is 34 years old and seems to be in top notch shape. There is no stand on the back of the frame.
