Cecilia is in white skin tone, with face up A. The face is is very detailed and has a darker shade so you can see how white the body/skin tone is. I bought her a few years back and she has not let her box. She has no yellowing I can tell but since she is a few years old, there might be.
She comes with the eyes, box, foam, COA/card.
If you are looking for a brand new doll, please refrain from purchasing her. I suggest getting them a new one from the maker for that reason.
