This triptych of 3 panels are an exciting black and white original one-of-a-kind handmade mixed media painting set by Artist Tristina Dietz Elmes.Each panel contains acrylic paints and gorgeous cotton paper. Plus, the cotton paper on one panel is soaked in encaustic wax paint.The ‘Him I’ painting features a combination of glittery and matte pinstripes along with shimmery black mica chips inside the paper wells representative of a well put together man.The 'Her I' painting features a combination of shimmery black mica chips inside the paper wells along with dripped white ink that represents the tears a woman cries during her life.The 'Femininity' painting features charcoal on the inside of the paper wells, then the paper was soaked with encaustic wax paint. Plus, there are white ink drips going in various directions on part of the painting. The charcoal represents the softness and history carried forward by women trough time and the crossing ink lines represent the lives across which a women pass throughout their lifetime.The 3 artworks arrive in sealed plastic bags.
