This fun vintage 1960s kinetic sculpture is by New Design Inc. It has a blue lucite base, with 10 multicolor iridescent birds attached to it by wires. It stands 10" tall and makes a nice nice clinking sound when it is moving. It is in great vintage condition, but has some old sticker residue on the bottom, as shown in the photos.
