In the case of custom asymmetrical necklaces and bracelets, orders are non-returnable due to a being made specifically for a buyer to their specifications. Each crystal will be shown or, (in the case of some smaller stones; tumbles, raw stones, bracelets etc.) an example stone will be shown with the disclosed understanding that one of comparable size (also new) will be mailed.
