14K Yellow Gold Multi Color Gemstone and Diamond Cluster Ring Size 8

Set securely in the center of this ring is a large oval shape gemstone. The gemstone measures 10 x 8 mm and is securely set with four yellow gold prongs. I am honestly not sure what this gemstone! It is a milky light brown/orange color with flashes of green. The large center stone is surrounded by both round and pear shape gemstones. There are five pear shape gems and six smaller round gemstones set across both the top and the bottom of the ring. Based on color those gemstones could be either topaz or citrine. They have a darker orange/brown color with lots of sparkle. There are also four diamonds set on each side of the band. The setting is solid 14 karat yellow gold and is stamped 14K on the inside of the band. It is a very well-made piece that weighs 5.6 grams. It is currently a finger size 8, but it would be easy to size locally up or down. It has a very large presentation and measures 20 mm across the center of the ring. I have cleaned and polished it. Barely worn condition!
