Very rare, HTF, Haviland & Co., Limoges, Prussia, Hair Receiver, a little history: in the time this piece was made(likely late 1800’s) women would collect their hair out of their brushes and deposit it into this kind of container through the top opening. Then said hair would in turn be used as hair on their children’s dolls. There is one chip . See pics.
