Vintage WWII Fred Arbogast Plastic Lip Jitterbug. Color: Frog Spot (Yellow Lip) with White Belly. Length: Approximately 3 inches. These Lures were made for only 3 years. During the war, metal was being used for weaponry so the company used plastic lips on the Jitterbugs. Old Style Hardware (see pictures). Lure is in nice shape (looks like one screw in lip has been replaced). Highly sought after, collectible lure. Nice addition to any lure collection. Circa Early to Mid 1940’s.
