This is an imposing "top hat" style hat from the 1960s'! The tall;l crown is surrounded by a wide black grosgrain band that ends in a streamer at one side. The brim is short and rounded. To finish this beautiful creation there are 2 tall, curly feathers in blue and black colors.There is a Consumer Protection label inside the hat band as showsThis is an authentic piece of fashion history!
