This is a bar iii blazer with pockets and ruched sleeves. this item is brand new and purchased from macys. I bought it as a last act item and is no longer eligible for returns. it is a women's size xxs which is chest size of 31.5in and waist of 24.5 inch. however i am 4'11 117 pounds and this fit me perfectly. i bought it for an event that I wound up not attending. it fits like an xs. very cute pattern!
