made of styrofoam and fluff
extremely lightweight
JOLLY hand-painted face, reminds me of those Kewpie dolls (just me?)
the nose is a red/pink christmas tree ornament, a bit worn, showing silver
round red and white fluff for a body (what is that called?)
white styrofoam mitten hands, and
heart shaped pedestal
two plastic holly & pinecone sprigs, one sits in his cap and one on the waist
about 18 tall
10 wide
estimated to be at least 55-60 years old
Excellent vintage condition,
kept in a plastic bag in the off seasons, so it's not very dusty,
just a few pieces of schmutz buried in the fluff.
the nose needs to be glued back in,
and looks like it was rubbed quite a bit (for good luck, of course)
