Vintage Thomas Pacconi Classics Joker Jester Jack In the Box Museum Series. Sadly he was overwound and does not work, but hopefully someone will get him who can restore him to his amazing self! One of his arms is out of socket or broken at the joint. I did not want to try and remove his outfit to investigate. It’s still a really cool piece!
