GARMENT-DYED CRINKLE REPS NY: Blouson in a lightweight nylon rep with an ultra-tight weaving construction. Resin coating on inside makes it wind resistant and mildly water resistant. Due to uneven penetration, the dye bath gives the resin-treated fabric a slightly crinkled appearance on the surface. The addition of a special agent to the dye formula makes the piece anti-drop.
