Company Background
As one of America's oldest china companies, Syracuse China traces its origins back to 1841 when W.H. Farrar started a small pottery business in New York. The company evolved over the following decades, becoming the Onondaga Pottery Company in 1871. The company officially became Syracuse China in 1966.
