It includes a base white dress with gorgeous layers of blue & white tulle on top of the skirt to create the perfect fairy effect! It also comes with fairy wings that are easily worn with elastic straps & a matching wand embellished with the same tulle! This was VERY popular & sold out SO quickly as this was largest sz it came in!
