This April, we brought Huayue Group to one of the world's most important trade platforms — the Canton Fair Phase 2 — and it was five days we won't forget quickly.
From April 23 to 27, our team operated out of a featured special exhibition booth on the 2nd floor of Hall C16, one of the most prominent locations at the fair. Over the course of the event, we welcomed hundreds of buyers, distributors, and procurement professionals from across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Some were familiar faces — partners we've worked with for years. Many were new connections that we're genuinely excited to develop further.

Walking the booth every day, what stood out to us was the quality of conversations we were having. Visitors weren't just browsing — they came with specific sourcing needs, detailed questions about production capacity, compliance requirements, and lead times. That told us something - the buyers attending this fair were serious, and they were looking for suppliers they could build long-term relationships with, not just one-off transactions.
We engaged with procurement teams from supermarket chains, e-commerce operators, food manufacturers, healthcare distributors, and private-label brands. Conversations ranged from initial product inquiries to in-depth discussions about custom specifications, volume pricing, and supply chain reliability. By the end of day five, our team had collected more leads and held more substantive conversations than at any previous fair appearance.

Across the five days, four product categories consistently drew the most attention and generated the most in-depth discussions at our booth.
Our T-shirt bags attracted strong interest from retail and e-commerce buyers looking for reliable, high-tensile packaging they could source at scale. The conversation usually started with sizing and customization options and moved quickly into volume and lead time — a sign that buyers were ready to move forward.
The garbage bag range brought in buyers from both the household and commercial segments. What came up repeatedly was the question of consistency — whether we could maintain product quality across large, ongoing contract orders. That's a question we're always confident answering.

Our food-grade packaging line — including Ziploc and slider bags — generated some of the most detailed conversations of the fair. Food manufacturers and private-label brands wanted to go deep on compliance - food safety certifications, material specifications, and whether our products met the standards required in their target markets. We were prepared for those questions, and the discussions reflected a high level of genuine purchase intent.
The medical bag range was a quieter but meaningful part of the booth. Healthcare procurement teams and medical device distributors approached us with specific clinical requirements, and the conversations reflected the seriousness of that category. This is a product line we're continuing to invest in, and the interest at the fair reinforced that direction.
Across all four categories, sustainability came up naturally in conversations — buyers in many markets are under pressure to demonstrate responsible sourcing, and our ability to offer material options that support those goals was well received. It's part of what we do, and we're glad it resonates.

Canton Fair moves quickly, and we understand that not every conversation ended with contact details exchanged. If you visited our booth but didn't manage to get our information before the fair ended, feel free to reach out — we'd be happy to continue the conversation.
